Once upon a time there was a Jigglypuff that wanted to sing her song to other people and pokemons. But everyone who listened to it falls asleep and that made Jigglypuff sad. One day it came to a little village and sang its song to the villagers and the pokemons, and the miracle happened, nobofy has fallen asleep. They praised her for her singing skills. Jigglypuff was so happy that it decided to stay at this village forever. And more and more people moved to the village to hear Jigglypuffs singing. And after many years the country Puffaparia was build, and Jugglypuff is still singing the song to them.
