Pokévision #1

The Pokévision #1 will be the debut edition of the Pokévision. It will be held at the Pokemon Arena in Pidgey, Pidgeland. It will has 2 semi finals and one final. The show will be represented by Elena Risteska.

On 22 May 2016, the executive producer of this edition, Eurovision Macedonia, decided that the host city would be Pidgey. The contest took place in the Pokemon Arena in Pidgey. The Pokemon Arena has capacity of approximately 17,500 attendees.

On 22 May 2016, it was confirmed that the city that would host the #1 edition would be Pidgey.

Bidding phase

Host broadcaster Pidgetto Television (PTV) announced on 4 May, that the Pidgemon in Pidgey was their first choice venue. However, other cities and arenas were invited to aplly, and those making a bid had approximately three weeks to sumbit their offer to PTV.

Pidgey

This is Pidgeland map, Pidgey is in the center part of the country. It has 2,178,222 population. Interesting fact about Pidgey its that they were the first city ever who has a bird as a pokemon.

Voting

The voting in the first edition of Pokévision was like this, The participants in the Semi Finals were Jury and the Big 6 were the Televoting. In The Final, the qualifiers and the big 6 were Jury and the Non qualifiers were Televoting.

*Puffaparia - The producer of this edition "Eurovision Macedonia" by mistake put wrong song in the recap, so he said no matter which place will finish, Puffaparia will qualify to the final.
