Valliaptor is a country situated in a really high place, and that's why the capital city is named Wind City, because all the country is surrounded by strong winds. There are not so many animals in the zone, excepting flying animals, in which Staraptor is the most important one. In the ancient culture of the country, Staraptor is the protector of the whole country, and a prestigious animal, which makes him legendary. It is absolutely prohibited to catch any Staraptor, because, as the ancient culture says, that could carry strong tornadoes and more catastrophes that would destroy the whole country.
